Movement & Miller's One Tribe Initiative actively offers education & growth, through dance training, in the Deep South to children and teens for FREE. This is a dedicated effort to address gaps and solve problems of fine and gross motor skill development in our community and one of the driving motivations in our studio.

Dancing is so important! It augments the development of skills such as neuro-muscular connection, problem solving skills, collaborative thinking, innovation and creativity, as well as advancing physical strength, core stability, flexibility and stamina.

Our initiative ensures that each dancer can attend class twice/thrice weekly at our studio, access to transport at times (when needed), entry fees to competitions and exams are covered in full, costumes for performances are covered and anything else they need, to enable their growth, in dance is taken care of...

Without the support of stakeholders in our community this initiative is not sustainable and the expansion of our tribe to include more kids is not possible. That is why we are reaching out to you...

If you would like to support this initiative and donate to a dancer we would be so grateful! We need a commitment of R230 per month for each dancer. We currently have 8 dancers in need of support.

We are happy to answer any of your questions and to expand on exactly how every cent is spent.
